The newest variety of mineral makeup company foundation formulations allows consumers the chance to focus on specific natural ingredients best suited for their skin type. Loose powder mineral makeup including blush, eye shadow, and eye liner products also contributes overall to the best versatility nature allocates due to their earth chemical makeup.
Reading cosmetic labels and doing the required research on cosmetic ingredients is essential for those concerned with having healthy skin. This ingredient and formulation knowledge definitely helps consumers choose the best mineral makeup and natural cosmetic products for their skin type.
Within the mineral makeup industry there are ingredient problems that are of concern. Some mineral makeup companies are still using ingredients reported by customers and physicians alike that have been shown to cause skin disorders. Bismuth Oxychloride is by far the largest mineral makeup ingredient problem causer to date. Users of any bare mineral type makeup brand containing bismuth or any of its synonyms have repeatedly reported cystic acne, tiny white pimples, rosacea, redness, and itching to physicians and consumer agencies. Mineral foundation wearers have also been reported that mica and biron nitride cause similar skin disorders, yet 90% of mineral makeup companies are still formulating with these problematic ingredients.
